If the body never reaches these phases, then there is a constant state of unrest or the inability to function completely during the day. If you have your TV on when you sleep, then your body may be distracted by the color and sound that is coming from this area, even if it seems like you are sleeping straight through the noise. This not only includes basic interruptions that come from the TV, but also cause problems even if we have the mute button on, as the light from the television can cause even more distractions for our body.
If you are unable to sleep properly, then the natural insomnia cures to look into including changing the TV to an off state. If you can't sleep without watching TV, then you can consider the automatic timer that will cause the TV to sleep after you are beginning to move into a dream state. Many will also try to find an alternative to filter out the noise, if this is the reason why you keep the television on. Using an air filter or getting ear plugs may be a better way to cure your sleeping problems. While it may take time to get used to the changed environment, you will notice that over time, you will begin to feel more rested and at ease.
