Weight Loss : Exercise Physcially and Lose Weight

Exercise is a miracle pill. It gives you all kinds of great benefits. It promotes sleep, reduces stress, strengthens your muscles and put you in a great mood. So, including exercise in your weight loss plan makes plenty of sense, but they are some limits.

A lot of times we become discouraged what we are dieting because the results is slow to come. But when you choose to exercise you get results faster because the more you exercise the more you can tone and lose weight. This is not so hard to do when it just requires a few hours a day or three times a week.

Burning calories to lose weight takes a lot of exercise. It takes 5 calories of activity per pound of body weight for someone to maintain his or her current body weight. Rresearch has proven that when someone starts a exercise schedule it looks good on paper to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week, but the majority of people do not stick to the schedule. They also discover that exercise is extremely important, but does not lead to significant weight loss on its own.

Some say my weight is the same and this exercise is just putting on muscle. If this is true, then you will also notice that you will need to buy small clothes. If not, then you are not doing something right

Exercise can not stand alone in losing weight. You need a regular exercise program along with small choices, positive thinking and a support team in place.

When choosing your exercise plan follow the steps below:

Choose something you do already with out having to start something new. Like walking the dog, using stairs instead of the elevator, Park further from store, etc

Walking is simple. Start with 10 minutes an increase it by 5 to 10 minutes per day
.
Dance the night away. Music transcends every cultural and can put you in the mood for exercise. You can use dancing or having sex.

Choose the one that fits your lifestyle. Make exercise a part of your daily schedule.

Include a aerobic class for burning calories and strength training to tone and build your muscles.

Be sure to do your research and choose a good gym. Do not make a mistake and choose a gym where they are just taking your money and you will not get any results.
