Photo enlargement is a technology used to resize digital pictures. This technology is based on a process called interpolation. In this process smallest element of a picture called pixel is used for calculation of desired increased size. During the resizing process, the pixels and dots color are duplicated to create new pixels as the image grows. So, the resulted image appears to be enlarged.
